Discussion on actual operation of DTH hammer rock drilling technology
钻头是钻机的主要组成部分,是传递冲击能量,直接和岩石接触,爆破的工具。钻头在整个运行的过程中,受力很复杂,所以对于制造钻头的材料、形状等都有很高的要求。
在使用偏心钻头操作时要把握技术要领,
选择的钻进参数应以低转速、低给进压力、高上返风速为原则
,施工操作过程中应根据所钻进地层中岩石的硬度、松散程度、含水量等因素控制钻进速度,当钻遇到特别松散或较大裂隙的地层时,尤其要降低给进速度和给进压力,反复进行排渣清孔。
在具体的施工操作中还应注意以下几个方面:
DTH drilling bit is a main part of drilling rig, and it also a machine that transfers impact power and directly contacts and breaks down rock. In the whole operation process, its force is complicated, so it has a high requirement of making up materials and shape.The technical essentials should be mastered when the eccentric dth drilling bit operated, and the selected specification should be based on low speed, low pressure, high return wind speed, moreover, the whole operation process should according to the factors like degree of rock hardness, loss degree, water content to control drilling speed. When met especially loosed or larger gap layer, drilling speed and pressure should be decreased and clean hole repeatedly. The following factors should pay attention to when actual operation:
1.钻具下孔前应检查潜孔冲击器、跟管钻具、套管及套管靴连接是否牢固,偏心钻头转动是否灵活,通风是否顺畅。
Before machine drill hole, Check whether dth hammer, pipe, casing or casing boots are firm or not, check eccentric dth hammer drilling bit is flexible and ventilation is smooth or not.
2.钻进过程中应注意观察套管的跟进情况及孔内排粉情况,每钻进0.3~0.4米应强吹孔排粉,以保持孔内清洁。吹孔时,中心钻具向上提动距离应严加控制以能实现强力吹孔排粉为限,禁止在钻进过程中强力起拔中心钻具。

3. 钻进结束或需要更换中心钻具时,应先进行清孔,将孔底残渣吹尽,然后停止回转,把中心钻具缓缓向上提动,提升力的大小以刚好能提动中心钻具为合适,提升高度以偏心钻头后背与套管鞋前端接触为止;
4. 然后低速反转钻具,同时缓慢向上试提中心钻具。当观察到中心钻具可以顺利提升时,表明偏心钻头已收拢,这时可以按照常规方法提升中心钻具,直到全部提出中心钻具。在反转钻具时,应小心操作,防止钻具脱扣。

5,有时会因孔底残留岩渣过多,偏心钻头回转部分被岩渣卡死而影响偏心钻头的收拢。当试提几次仍不能奏效时,应输送压气,重新对钻孔进行清洗,并使潜孔锤作短时间工作,然后重新进行中心钻具提升作业。
