深圳前海中建大口径桩基项目实测:旋挖搭配中科振宇潜孔锤,每小时入岩 6-8 米

深圳前海中建在建桩基项目桩径 1 米,岩层硬度高,传统施工方式工期紧张。项目选用旋挖钻机搭配中科振宇潜孔锤成套改装方案,现场稳定入岩速度可达每小时 6~8 米,大幅压缩工期,为总包方创造了可观的时间效益与施工成本优势,保障项目平稳推进。
日前,由中建集团承建的深圳前海重点桩基工程进入全面施工阶段。本项目桩基孔径达 1 米,施工区域深部以高强度硬质花岗岩为主,地质硬度大,入岩难度高,是本工程施工的主要难点。
项目前期采用传统旋挖筒钻研磨工艺施工,针对高硬度岩层钻进速度慢、耗材损耗大、施工周期长,难以匹配项目紧凑的工期节点要求。经过现场工艺对比、设备稳定性测试及综合成本评估,项目部最终确定采用旋挖钻机改装中科振宇潜孔锤成套入岩方案开展施工。
设备进场投入作业以来,整套系统运行稳定、故障率低,适配前海高强度硬岩复杂地层。现场实测稳定入岩速度可达每小时 6 至 8 米,相比传统研磨式施工,整体成孔效率实现倍数级提升。

Field Test of Large-Diameter Pile Project in Qianhai, Shenzhen: Rotary Drilling Rig Equipped with Zhongke Zhenyu DTH Hammer Achieves 6-8 Meters Rock Penetration per Hour
Abstract
The pile diameter of the China State Construction pile foundation project in Qianhai, Shenzhen is 1 meter with extremely hard rock formations. Facing tight construction schedules with conventional methods, the project adopted the complete modification solution of Zhongke Zhenyu DTH hammer matched with rotary drilling rigs. The stable rock penetration speed reaches 6~8 meters per hour, greatly shortening the construction period, reducing comprehensive costs, and delivering prominent schedule and economic benefits for the general contractor.
Recently, the key pile foundation project in Qianhai, Shenzhen undertaken by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) has entered full-scale construction. The project adopts a large pile diameter of 1 meter. The deep stratum of the construction site is dominated by high-strength hard granite, featuring high rock hardness and difficult rock penetration conditions.
In the early stage of construction, the traditional rotary barrel drilling method was applied. The conventional grinding drilling process shows low penetration efficiency, high wear of consumables and long construction cycle, which cannot meet the tight schedule requirements of the key project.
After on-site process comparison, equipment stability testing and comprehensive cost evaluation, the project team officially adopted the Zhongke Zhenyu DTH hammer complete rock penetration modification solution for rotary drilling rigs.
Since the equipment was put into operation, the complete system has operated stably with low failure rate, perfectly adapting to the high-hardness complex rock stratum in Qianhai. The actual measured rock penetration efficiency reaches 6 to 8 meters per hour. Compared with traditional grinding construction technology, the overall hole-forming efficiency has been greatly improved.
The efficient and stable construction progress effectively guarantees the overall project schedule and avoids the risk of construction delay.
